Thank you for shopping with us! We want to make sure you have all the information you need regarding the shipping of your order. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order, printed through our partner, Printify, using high-quality screen printing. Once your order is placed, it will take between 2-7 business days for processing and production, depending on the complexity of the order and the current demand. We’ll send you an email notification once your order is being shipped.
Shipping Time
After your order is produced and ready to ship, the estimated shipping time is as follows:
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: 10-20 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to factors like customs processing, weather delays, or postal service issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. You’ll be able to view the shipping fee before finalizing your purchase.
Where We Ship
We currently offer shipping to the following locations:
- Domestic: All U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
- International: We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on the destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the link provided in the email or visit the courier's website directly.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship all orders on time, shipping times may be impacted by factors out of our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or issues with the postal service. Please be patient, and don’t hesitate to reach out to us if your order is delayed.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. If there’s an issue with your address (e.g., incorrect zip code, missing apartment number), it may cause a delay in shipping, or your order may be returned to us. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order has been submitted, we cannot modify or cancel it because it is already sent for production. Please make sure your order details (address, items, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier and provide assistance with filing a claim. Please keep in mind that shipping insurance may be available, depending on your shipping method and location.
